WEEK 01 / Strategy
We get aligned on your business goals for the website.
You’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire about your business, your audience, what’s not working about your current website, and what a successful outcome looks like for you.
Kick off call to talk through the strategy.
WEEK 02 / Structure
The website is intentionally structured to connect with your ideal customer and smoothly guide them towards conversion, while proactively addressing their concerns and positioning your expertise as their guide.
Every page gets mapped out. No images, colors, or fonts, just the structure and flow.
You review it and provide feedback. The structure step with your feedback is what informs the following design.
WEEK 03 / Creative Direction
Style is explored: Fonts, colors, imagery.
Up to 3 options are presented for your style direction.
You’ll choose a visual path for us to proceed with.
WEEK 04 / Design & Build
Content is added based on our approved style direction: Fonts, colors, imagery, and copywriting are applied.
The website is built in Squarespace.
The site is built and styled for your brand, based on our strategy, and all the functionality is built and tested.
You’ll review everything in this stage to provide feedback.
WEEK 05 / Refinement & Launch
You’ll do a full review of the completed website and any final tweaks will be made.
I’ll complete one final walk through of all my work to make sure everything is ready.
We launch your site, and you get two weeks of support afterwards for any issues that could arise.

How I Do It
A Custom Process Without Code
My websites are built using a combination of tools and methods to result in a website you can easily manage, but is still custom for your brand. There is no coding required by you, nothing to involve a developer with when you need updates, and you still get a premium branded website.
Dedicated project hub & collaboration
I strategically craft a plan for the website and show you the steps I’m taking along the way in a dedicated private project hub. You’ll get to weigh in on the strategy, content, layout, and styling decisions before the final website is built in Squarespace.
Giving you control over your website
I believe AI has its place, but I do not “vibe code” websites (build them with AI) for the sake of my clients’ sanity in the long run. I believe in giving my clients the most control and support possible both during and after the project by being mindful of the experience they’ll have with the completed website. That means using a website builder clients can easily use too, with or without me involved. That way, you’re not dependent on paying me to keep your site updated or running, and any changes you make won’t require a whole new AI-created code file.
Any custom code I use is totally accessible by my clients in their own website, and is only for styling the website – it’s not needed to make it run.
Post-launch support
After the site is built, it will be transferred to you as the new owner, and I’ll be here to provide post-launch support.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your project.
Invoices are sent via secure payment link where you can use the payment method of your choice and save copies for your records.

Your website will be designed and built in Squarespace, a one-stop shop for hosting and design that makes it easy for you to manage your site going forward.
If you need a more custom option for a CMS, I am also a Webflow designer. If needed, we can work out the best fit for you on our call.

Yes. You will have full ownership of your website and full editing capabilities.
I will walk you through how to manage your website after delivery. If there are any questions or issues you have after launch, I will be available to you to help solve them for 2 weeks.

Yes, I do provide full copywriting for the sections in your website. I can also use what you have already established for your brand messaging.

You’ll usually have at least a week before the project starts to upload your content to a folder in our private project hub where I can access it once we begin.
In my custom builds, content is not required up front, but will be determined after our website strategy sessions.

Yes, your SEO foundations will be included and your pages structured and written to be AI-search friendly.
