01 – Discovery & Strategy

A targeted questionnaire and follow-up consultation are designed to establish brand clarity and ensure the design will be aligned with intentional strategy.

We’ll also take a look at some mood boards together to address the visual style for the website.

02 – Structure & Content

The Structure: The website structure, user journey, and information hierarchy are designed to connect with your type of buyer, smoothly guide visitors toward conversion, and proactively address their concerns. Here you’ll have two rounds of edits to ensure the flow of the website fits your goals.

The Content: A content guide is provided to help you assemble the recommended parts we’ll need to fill the structure, from your brand copy to logos and photos.

Messaging assistance and stock imagery can also be provided if you don’t have a built-out brand.

03 – Bringing it Together

The final design phase brings everything together and makes shifts anywhere they’re needed to blend the strategy, structure, and brand visuals into one cohesive powerhouse of a website.

You’ll have two rounds of revisions to make sure everything looks flawless, then we’ll launch your new website together and celebrate the win!

A deposit of up to 50% is required to book your project, and milestone payments are collected thereafter.
A secure payment link will be sent to you where you can pay with a credit card and download copies of your receipts.
Your website will be designed and built in Squarespace, a one-stop shop for hosting and design that makes it easy for you to manage your site going forward.
If you need a more custom option for a CMS, I am also a Webflow designer. If needed, we can work out the best fit for you on our call.
Yes. You will have full ownership of your website and full editing capabilities.
I will walk you through how to manage your website after delivery. If there are any questions or issues you have after launch, I will be available to you to help solve them for 2 weeks.
I don’t provide full copywriting service with the packages, but it can be added separately. Just let me know during our call.
If you aren’t sure if your messaging is up to speed, I’ll have you send it anyway, and I can edit it to fit the website as part of your package.
Most people need a week or two to gather content, so you’ll want to do this before the project starts.
Once the project starts, you will be able to upload your content folder into our private project portal so I can access it.
Yes, your SEO foundations will be included and your pages structured and written to be AI-search friendly.
I typically book new projects one month in advance.
Absolutely! We’ll clarify a good start to your brand in the discovery process, and create a website you can use to dial in your brand look and feel.
